  • Welcome to Kelly Braman Photography

{together::johnson family}

Meet the Johnson Family::Dave, Michelle, Caleb, Jacob, Andrew, Micah, Isaac, & Asher.    Dave and Michelle keep it all together~living happily  on their property ~and the boys sure are lucky they have some land to roam on!:)  A great way to tucker them out!  They are such good boys!:)

Ok~so it is not every day that  when I am shooting a huge horse comes up RIGHT BY MY FACE!!!  I was seriously freaked out, but just went with it and decided to make the kiddos laugh instead of them seeing me cry.  Yes~that sounds dramatic, but I am not a horse~in~your~face~girl…haha  All in all~the shoot was So much fun and we grabbed So many great shots!

*Michelle’s one request was a few shots of her and Dave at the end of their session with their horse.  Um…shooting 6 boys ::family~individual~couple~did not leave much time so we shot the last shots with little to no light.  But,….I worked it out!:)  I love the results!

Johnson Family~thank you for a fun night down on the farm…hehe    Enjoy your preview!

blessings,

    Michelle!!! - Kelly is being too kind, so let me tell you the truth behind these pictures. My boys were bouncing off the walls: one was spanking himself and laughing; one boy is blind and the more you tell him to keep his head still the more excited he gets causing his cerebral palsy to take over and tighten up his whole body; one boy stained his whole hands with black walnuts the day of the shoot, and I seem to be directionaly challenged! With all of that, she captured the most amazing pictures. Talent like this doesn’t happen very often. Amazing job Kelly. I am thrilled that you were able to provide our family with such a treasure. God provided you with a unique gift for photography. Not many photographers get these results, especially under the circumstances. You could photograph a pencil and “work it out”.ReplyCancel

    Jennifer Cruz - Great pics. Kelly. i don’t know how you do it. Jake’s picture is hard to take by himself, I don’t know how you did it with other children too! You are amazing! Michelle was so happy this morning when she saw that her pics were posted. I loaded them at school, so we could all see them. Everyone loved them!!!! Great job!ReplyCancel
